1. Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellation 30 Days or More Before the Tour Date: 80% refund of the tour price..
Cancellation 15-29 Days Before the Tour Date: 50% refund of the tour price.
Cancellation 7-14 Days Before the Tour Date: 25% refund of the tour price.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before the Tour Date: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of the tour price or the option to reschedule to a different date.

3. No Shows

No refund will be provided for no-shows or if you fail to join the tour as scheduled.

4. Early Departures

No refund will be provided if you choose to leave the tour early for any reason.

5. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
